• The trial version of ActivDesk will expire after 30 days.
• You can upgrade to the commercial version in 2 or 3 minutes if you want to keep on using ActivDesk.
• You don't have to re-install ActivDesk if you upgrade the trial version to the commercial version. You can just upgrade the installed trial version to the commercial version. All your settings, template customizations, tickets, etc. will stay in tact after upgrading. No re-installation is required.

• Editing the source code of the trial version is forbidden . A commercial license grants you the right to modify the source code for your own purposes.
• ActivDesk may not be distributed in any form. Selling the code for this program without prior written consent is expressly forbidden.

The ActivDesk installation instructions can be found here. Videos detailing the installation is also included to make it as painless as possible. ActivDesk comes with a Setup Interface so that no files needs to be edited by hand. The configuration is completely web based.
